The dates have been set for the 2nd Annual Hangin’ for Kalee EKTEC Timed Rodeo Event! The event will take place on September 16th and 17th at the Butler Saddle Club Arena, located in the Bates County Fairgrounds in Butler.
Kalee Chandler was a Bates County resident who lost her life in a horse accident in May of 2016. After she passed, the Bates County community rallied together to help her family through the difficult time.
We continue to help her family and remember that beautiful cowgirl with events, such as the Annual Hangin’ for Kalee EKTEC Timed Rodeo.
Kalee’s story will not be forgotten in our small community, and her legacy as a hero will live on as she donated organs to save the life of six other people.
