KBI requesting the public’s help to locate a person of interest

–PLEASE SHARE- NEW Info.– KBI agents along with the Medicine Lodge Police Department, and the Barber County Sheriff’s Department are requesting the public’s help to locate a person of interest connected to the homicide of Joyce Foulkrod that occurred in Medicine Lodge.

Investigators are searching for Clinton W. Rogers, a 34-year-old white male with hazel eyes. He is 6 ft. 1 in. tall, and weighs approximately 270 lbs.

Rogers is now believed to be driving a dark red 1995 Chevrolet Camaro with t-tops that he stole Sunday in Kingman County.

It is possible that the Camaro is still bearing Kansas license plate, 870JUK. Rogers is no longer traveling in the white F-150 pickup truck.
