Stolen between Tuesday, August 25, 2020, between the hours of 6 pm and 7 am Thursday, August 26, 2020 in the 200 Block of North Mill St, Windsor, a white in color Pace American Enclosed Utility trailer bearing Missouri registration 12L 6CD was stolen from the property. The trailer is white in color with a black in color trailer hitch. The inside of the trailer is also white with white cabinets.

Archie Residents, Archie City Council Needs Your Help
The members of the Archie City Council are always looking for ways to make improvements for the community. Currently, they are looking into applying for a Community Development Block Grant to help fund improvements to the water treatment and delivery system.
In order to apply for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG,) a community must have over 51% Low and Moderate Incomed (LMI) residents. According to the 2010 census data, Archie’s LMI is 50%, which makes the City ineligible to apply for these funds.
The CDBG program allows for a community to survey its residents to establish, if over the years, the LMI percentage has grown. The Archie City Council has decided to pursue a community-wide survey in order to establish eligibility for funding.
The information gathered in the survey will not be used for any reason other than establishing eligibility for the CDBG program for the Missouri Department of Economic Development. All responses will be kept confidential.
The survey asks questions about the make up of the household which will include the number of members and income levels of the household. An example of the form can be found on the City’s website at cityofarchie.com.
A survey form will be mailed out to residents and can be returned to City Hall once they are completed. The Archie City Council thanks the residents for the help in making our community a better place to live, work and play.
