Bates County Veterans, the Military and all branches of Emergency Responders will participate in the nine eleven Silent Procession Ceremony to be held in Adrian on September 11th.
The event is open to the public and hosted by the Adrian Fire Department. Adrian Fire chief, Gary Disney, invites all Law Enforcement Officers, Local Fire Departments, all Veterans and all branches of the Military and Emergency responders to attend this Silent Procession Patriotic Ceremony Tuesday September 11th.
This year, the procession will leave from Clark Street in Adrian on Friday. Those participating should line up by 6:00 pm with the Ceremony to leave for Main Street by 6:30 PM. The Ceremony will travel through the Adrian Manor Nursing Home parking lot to Main Street. This year, after the procession, there will be a small memorial ceremony at half-time of the Adrian Blackhawk Football game.
