The Bates County Museum is hosting a Party on the Porch to celebrate Missouri’s Bicentennial. Party on the Porch, Ice Cream Social will be Tuesday, August 10th beginning at 7am.
The drawing for the Missouri Bicentennial commemorative Henry Golden Boy Repeating 22 caliber rifle will also be held.

The Adrian United Methodist Church is excited to be opening the Kingdom Kids Early Childhood Center this fall, pending state agency requirements. Adrian United Methodist daycare services will include an all-around preschool curriculum for ages 2 years to 6 years, focused on pre-k academics, social interactions, motor skill development and spiritual experiences. The daycare hours will be 7:00 – 5:00 p.m. to accommodate parent work hours.
