Where: Bates County Route B bridge over Marais des Cygnes River between Southeast County Road 1485 and Bates County Route N east of Rich Hill
When: 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday, September 27
What: Crews working to repair bridge deck/driving surface at Marais des Cygnes River
Traffic Impacts:
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
Beginning Wednesday, September 22, 2021, J.A. Lillig Excavating will begin tilling the road surface for repair on West Pine Street from Delaware to Butcher Road and on Washington Street from A Highway to Pine Street.
These sections of roadway will not be accessible while this work is being done. Please take steps to park elsewhere or access any residence or business on these streets from a different point while work is being done.

The Bates County Sheriff’s Mounted Posse will host an invitational Rodeo on Saturday, October 16th at the Ferguson
Arena in Adrian Missouri. Rodeo action will begin at 7:30pm. This event is free to the public.
Saddle Broncs, Bare Backs, Bull Riding, and Barrel Racing it will be full night of Rodeo in Adrian.
