Missouri Highway Patrol responded to a two-car accident at approximately 4:32pm on Thursday, September 23rd located on Country Road Northeast 1003, North of Route D.
The accident occurred when a 2017 Dodge 1500 driven by a 16-year-old Juvenile of Butler crossed the center line and struck a 2003 Kenworth driven by 69-year-old Michael Kenney of Butler.
Both the 16-year-old juvenile and his 15-year-old passenger received minor injuries and denied treatment on the scene. Mr. Kenney was not injured.
The 2017 Dodge was towed from the scene by Douty’s Tow and the 2003 Kenworth was towed by private tow.
