Swap Shop Abuse!

Here we go again! The Swap Shop phone lines are being abused. 92.1 has contacted the Butler Police and filed a report.

92.1 contacted Century Link Phone Company and the incoming phone calls will be monitored and recorded.

The person abusing Swap Shop will have charges filed against them in a court of law.

We apologize for the foul language being used by a caller during our daily Swap Shop program.

10 Children left to be adopted as of Today November 29th. Toys for Tykes!

The annual Toys for Tykes drive is down to the final 10 children on the adoption list.

These children may be adopted by calling 660-464-2372 or contact a Butler Mason by email at:

bctoysfortykes@gmail.com or by dropping off gifts at Mattress Plus at 109 West Dakota Street in Butler.

Only 10 children left on the Christmas gift list…. wrapping paper and tape is always appreciated.

Drexel Bobcats with Miami headed to 8-man Football State Championship

On Friday, November 26th the Drexel Bobcats with Miami traveled to King City to take on the King City Wildkats for the 8-man Class 1 state semifinal game.

Drexel defeated the Wildkats with a score of Drexel Bobcats 56 and King City Wildkats 28

Drexel Bobcat will travel to Columbia on Thursday, December 2nd for the 8-man football state Championship game.

The Bobcats will take on the Worth County Tigers at 7pm in Memorial Stadium located at 600 E. Stadium Drive in Columbia.
