Vehicle of Interest in Homicide Investigation

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for their assistance locating a vehicle of interest in a homicide investigation. The white, 2000, Ford, F-350 truck, and a possible Missouri License Plate of 86H7ZP was last seen in the area of Pleasant Hill MO on January 7th around 11:00 PM. The vehicle also has a dump bed with a retractable cover. If located contact the Cass County Sheriff’s Office at 816-380-5200.

Butler FFA Family and Friends Fundraiser

The Butler FFA Friends and Family will host a Chili Supper on February 4th. The event will be held at the Butler High School. Tickets are for sale for $7.00 per adult, ages 4-12 are sold for $5.00 each, and children under 3 years old will eat for free.

 It’s chili, chicken noodle soup, or hot dogs with chili, pie or cake, and a drink. The Butler FFA will be serving between the hours of 4:30 and 7:00 pm on Friday, February 4th.

Tickets will be sold in advance or at the door.

Stolen Vehicle Out of Osceola

The St Clair County Sheriff’s Office asks that you be on the lookout for a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado, Kansas registration 756NFE. The vehicle was stolen from Osceola, sometime the night of January 13th. The truck has a black cattle guard and the front license plate says “EAT BEEF.” The truck has a chrome fuel door cover. If you see the truck, call 911 or the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.
