Butler: Christmas Cub Scout Uniforms needed to Surprise 16 Cub Scouts! We need your help again!

The local Butler Cub Scouts have re-activated and are now under the direction of Cub Master Bob Brown of Butler. The Butler area has not had a Cub Scout Pack since 2019.

There are 2 dens open at this time #1 are the Tigers for children in first grade or age 7 and below #2 Den is the lions for ages Kindergarten only. To date there are 18 members that have joined the scouts in pack 4237 this year.  They meet at the Butler Boy Scout Hall every Tuesday evening.

Those that have joined find they are in need of 16 standard winter Cub Scout uniforms. The cost of a complete uniform…. from the shirt, belt, cap, slide and neckerchief has a total cost of 101 dollars and 90 cents per uniform and for some of these members, it is out of their reach.

If your church, organization, or you, as an individual would like to commit to the purchase of a Christmas uniform.. each Butler Cub Scout will have a surprise this Christmas and will appreciate and take pride in your donation.
