This is for all customers living East of I-49 in Bates District 5.

Annual Butler Chamber Banquet and Silent Auction
The Butler Chamber of Commerce 3rd Annual Silent Auction will be held during the 2023 Butler Area Chamber of Commerce Membership Banquet which is scheduled for Thursday, March 23rd to help raise money for this year’s community events.
Membership Renewals and Chamber Banquet invitations will be sent out in the near future.
The Chamber is asking individuals and local businesses if they would be willing to donate a Gift Basket for the Silent Auction. The theme of the basket is your choice and you may include items to advertise your business.
Examples include but are not limited to: Movie Night Basket, Beach Day Basket, Game Night Basket, Sports Basket, Hunting Basket, etc.
Due date for the Silent Auction Basket is Friday, March 17th to be able to get Bid Sheets made before the Banquet.
The donor will be asked to include a full list of items included in your Silent Auction Basket to be able to let bidders know what they are bidding on.
