Congressman Mark Alford (Missouri, 4th District) toured Bates County Memorial Hospital on January 25, and during his visit he interacted with staff members and patients and met privately with senior leaders. Rep. Alford asked great questions about the unique challenges facing independent, rural hospitals like ours.
