Ralph Mayfield, 93, of Drexel, Missouri passed away March 29, 2025 at Foxwood Springs in Raymore, Missouri. Memorial graveside services will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, June 22, 2025 in Sharon Cemetery, Drexel. Services under the direction of Mullinax Funeral Home, Butler (660-679-0009). Ralph William Mayfield was born October 4, 1931 in Rosston, Oklahoma to Floyd and Letha Mayfield.
He was raised in Burdette, Missouri with his
8 brothers and sisters. He joined
the United States Airforce in 1955, playing
on the US Air Force baseball team until
1960. Ralph was united in marriage to
Christine Silver in 1961 and raised five
children. He loved fishing and gardening.
He is survived by his children, 11
grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 1 sister
