Adrian Community Library Celebrates Dr. Seuss’s Birthday

The Adrian Community Library’s own Cat will be celebrating Dr. Seuss’s birthday on Monday, March 1, between the hours of 10:00 and 3:00 at 116  East Main in Adrian..  Due to COVID pandemic restrictions, the library will host a “Come and Go” party for preschool boys and girls inviting them to come anytime between 10:00 and 3:00 to hear the “Cat in the Hat” read Dr. Seuss stories.

Guardians may obtain a free library card to encourage their children to check out books to begin a lifetime of reading.  After touring the library, each child will receive a ‘goody bag’ to take home.   Preschoolers and guardians join us at the library as we have a birthday party to celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday.  “A person’s a person, no matter how small,” Dr. Seuss would say.
