The former Adrian Motel is getting a new lease on life as it is being converted to non-subsidized housing that will include 10 one-bedroom and 2 three-bedroom units that will be available for an affordable price, according to Adrian Pastor Chris Sams who is spearheading the project.
The structure is undergoing a complete transformation including sheetrock, plumbing, electrical, flooring, roofing, and HVAC. While a completion date is yet to be revealed, based on progress so far, the work most likely will be completed sometime this year.
