Adrian Silent Procession September 11th.

The September 11, Remembrance Ceremony will be hosted by the Adrian Fire Chief

Gary Dizney and the Adrian Fire Department. On Wednesday evening, September 11,

2019. The Adrian Fire Department along with our brothers and sisters from all branches

of the emergency services will conduct the eighteenth 9-11 Memorial

Ceremony.

Emergency vehicles will line up on Clark Street at 5:30 pm and starting at

6:00pm.  A silent procession of emergency vehicles will make its

way from the Adrian Manor Nursing Home down to Main Street and then proceed out to

the Optimist community building where a special memorial ceremony will take place

starting at approximately 7 PM.

The ceremony is open to the public and The Adrian

Fire Department encourageS everyone to come.  Come out and watch the procession

and then make your way out to the Adrian community building to enjoy a great

program.  During the program they will recognize all veterans and all military personnel

serving our country today.  The freedoms we have today are ours because of their

many sacrifices.  Please take a minute to say thank you to those brave men and

women.
