The 10th Annual Darin Wainscott Giving Fore Living Memorial will be held again this year. The celebration kicks off with the Annual Banquet. The event is also a fundraiser for needs in the community and to inform the public of Organ Donation Awareness. Every 10 minutes another name is added to the national organ transplant waiting list with an average of 18 people that die each day from the lack of available organs for transplant.
The event will be held at the Adrian Optimist Building in Adrian at 6:00 pm. Dinner will be served at 7:00 pm followed by the silent auction and the, “ In Good Company Band” on stage.
This year’s meal is provided by Burch and Liles Insurance Solutions. Each ticket sells for $30.00 per person.
The yearly funds raised, are put back into our community. Over the past 10 years, the foundation has raised over $375,000 dollars and used those fundraising dollars for the needs in our community and for residents in need.
