It’s a sad state of affairs that we have to post two stories in a row about the scams that are going around in our area. FM 92 News has learned of yet another scam involving the Social Security Office.
Social Security will NEVER call you regarding your account in any way. Social Security contacts you by mail. Don’t give anyone claiming to be from Social Security ANY of your information – the real Social Security Office already knows your information and will NOT call you regarding any aspect of your account.
