Ellett Memorial Hospital in Appleton City is hosting a GIRLS DAY OUT on Sunday, October 4, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.at the Hospital. Please come join them for their 3rd Annual Breast Cancer Wellness & Awareness Day.
Come receive your pre-registered annual mammogram by Diagnostic Imaging Center Mobile Coach and receive a special gift. There will be Breast Cancer speakers sharing their life stories, talking about genetics and facts of Breast Cancer. Door prizes awarded, fellowship, stories from survivors, caregivers and support will be shared.
A light lunch served and treats to indulge. Vendors will be set up for your guilty pleasures and essential information available. If you or someone you know is a Breast Cancer survivor, please let them know who and how long, so that they may recognize them and celebrate.
Uninsured women 40-49 that meet the guidelines can apply for funding of a mammogram through our “Show Me Healthy Women Program”. Call EMH at660-476-2111 and speak with April Looney or Julee Snyder for info or help scheduling a mammogram.
