Archie School District needs Substitute Teachers
Have you previously wanted to substitute teach but do not have enough college credit hours to qualify for a Substitute Certificate?
The state has recently changed the qualification guidelines and now you can go through online training, pass a background check and be eligible to substitute teach for school districts in MO.
The state has also announced that funding has been released to reimburse you for the cost of the training and certificate. In addition, the Archie district will reimburse your background check fee if completed by November 4, 2020.
The background check process is simple. You register online and can either walk in or make an appt. to have your prints scanned. there are different locations to choose from for your convenience. It takes just a few minutes and the results are sent directly to the Archie School district within the next day or two. Make sure you register with code 0361.
Substitute pay is $80 per day for 7.5 hours. If you do have your background check done by the November 4, please call the Archie school and let us know to put you on the list for reimbursement. 816-293-5312 Ext. 114.
Once again, when registering for a background check you will need a to use the Archie Substitute 4 digit code of 0361.
