Bates County: Absentee Voting Dates for June 2nd Election

Bates County Absentee voting dates set. The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot is May 20^th
In-person absentee ballots may be cast until 5 pm on June 1^st

Absentee ballots must be received by the election authorities by 7pm on June 2^nd.

The polls open at 6 am on Tuesday, June 2^nd for the Bates county Municipal Election.

Bates County Broadcasting opened as a single day-time station on May 11th 1962. Broadcasting from sunrise to sunset 7-days each week. This was the first radio station to broadcast in the Bates County Area. Owned and Operated by Bill Thornton and his brother Jerry Thornton. In 1975 the FM Frequency was added and the stations simulcast. The FM has a 24 hours license but just broadcast from 6 am until 10 pm.
