2020 has been a year like no other but our ANGELS are still among us!

In years past area churches have participated in the ANGEL TREE PROGRAM, but this year in Bates County with the Pandemic, Church attendance is down and area denominations are holding virtual services. So instead of our local faith community providing for these kids,
The ANGEL TREE will be located at the west entrance of the Bates County Courthouse. This tree has been decorated with the names of ANGELS that are without the most basic of necessities, clothes, underwear, socks, and shoes.
Please come to the Courthouse today and choose your ANGEL from the tree. After selecting your ANGEL, put your name and phone number on the list beside your ANGEL’s letter and number on the sign-in sheet provided. Place your wrapped gifts in a trash bag and attach the ANGEL TAG to the bag and return it to the courthouse by MONDAY DECEMBER 21, 2020. That’s all there is to it! By choosing an ANGEL from the tree, you will be providing much-needed necessities for children in need right here in Bates County.
