The Missouri Highway Patrol reported a fatality accident that occurred August 29th at 8754 northeast County Road 12254 in Adrian .
The accident occurred on private property.
Monroe C. Gilbert age 80 of Adrian lost control of his ATV , striking a tree and overturning, ejecting the driver.
Monroe C. Gilbert of Adrian was transported to Mullinax Funeral Home where he was pronounced deceased , by Bates County Coroner Greg Mullinax.
