Closings at BCMH for Weather
Due to the winter storm approaching, several clinics and services at Bates County Memorial Hospital will be closed on Thursday, December 22:
Cardiology Clinic
Family Care Clinics
Financial Services
Health Information Management
Outpatient Specialty Clinics
Patient Access (Registration)
Patient Benefit Advisors
Infusion Clinics
Patients who need testing (labs or imaging services) may register through the Emergency Department.
Some departments have shortened their schedules for Friday, December 23:
Family Care Clinics will open at 8am and close at 4pm.
Outpatient Specialty Clinics:
Neurology clinic: Friday, 8 am – 12 pm
Podiatry clinic: Friday, 8:30 am – 12 pm
Infusions: Friday, 8 am – 3:30 pm
Health Information Management: Friday, 8am – Noon
Some of the hospital’s departments and services are never closed, including Ambulance, Emergency, Med/Surg/CCU, Laboratory and Radiology.
Christmas Closings:
Rehabilitation Services will be closed to observe Christmas on Friday, December 23 and Monday, December 26.
Family Care Clinics will be closed to observe Christmas on Saturday, December 24 and Monday, December 26.
Outpatient Specialty Clinics will be closed to observe Christmas on Monday, December 26.
