Glen Sadler Named BCMH October Employee of the Month
Bates County Memorial Hospital (BCMH) recognizes Glen Sadler, RN, as the October employee of the month. Glen began his employment with BCMH in the Emergency Department in April 2010. In 2014, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN).
Today, Glen primarily works in the emergency department, but he fills a variety of roles at BCMH, working shifts for EMS, Surgery and Education.
He is always willing to work extra shifts to help out when needed. The thing about Glen is he does not just work the shifts that benefit him; he is a true team player and tries to help those in need. Glen is dedicated to BCMH and always strives to make this hospital the best it can be.
He shows this by the way he provides extraordinary care to his patients and the way he interacts with his coworkers. He always has a smile on his face and is willing to lend a helping hand. BCMH is truly blessed to have Glen as an employee.
