On October 12 and 14, High Street Family Care Clinics will offer Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinics. The clinic is located at 706 S. High Street, Butler, Mo.
* Please note the Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic will close for lunch from Noon – 1:00 pm.
Flu Clinic Details:
– For patients ages 3 years and up
– Patient/Patient’s insurance is responsible for payment
– Patient should be feeling well and free of any symptoms of illness when receiving a flu shot
For the Drive-Thru Flu Shot Clinic, no appointment is needed for established patients of Family Care Clinics.
New patients may participate by calling ahead to complete forms, 660-200-3627.
