COURTNEY DeGHELDER is recognized as the Bates County Memorial Hospital Employee of the Month for January 2018.
Courtney began her employment with the hospital’s Family Care Clinics in 2011.
She has furthered her education and currently functions as the Clinic Supervisor Assistant.
Courtney has been instrumental in the upcoming implementation of the clinics new electronic medical record.
In addition to her other many duties, she assists with training of clinic staff as well as developing training materials.
Courtney shines in her role and constantly looks for ways to improve processes to assist our healthcare providers in giving quality patient care.
