The Bates County Museum is closed for the winter season and will be open soon for the spring and summer.
The Bates County Museum former Directory Peggy Buhr announced her retirement last year. The Museum has filled the position, we welcome Tiffany Blazer of Butler as the new Director of the Museum. She will take her position when the Bates County Museum opens in April for the spring and summer season.
The official date to open is April 11th. Admission is $ 5.00 for adults, students ages 6-18 are admitted for $2.00 and children under 5 are admitted free of charge.
