And finally, Staff may refuse entry to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness.
People are encouraged to tour the Museum beginning Tuesday, June 9. Operating hours are Tue – Fri, 9:30 am – 4:00 pm and Sat, 9:30 am – 12 noon. Exhibit upgrades and design changes have been made since last season.
Deep-cleaning, painting, and more, has also been done. More artifacts, along with donor and family names, are being displayed, adding yet another layer of interest to the Museum’s remarkable artifacts, stories, and collections.
The Museum canceled events originally scheduled for June and July. Decisions about an August program and a September concert will be made in coming weeks as the nation’s opening continues. Please contact the Museum if there are questions or concerns. The Museum Staff and the Board invite you to shop at the This & That Sale to support your Bates County Museum!
