On September 1, 2020, the Bates County Memorial Hospital Board of Directors appointed Greg Weaver as interim CEO following the resignation of Dr. John Bustle on August 20.
Greg has over 37 years of health care experience, with 13 years at the executive level, and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Greg earned a Masters in Organizational Leadership, with post graduate education in Health Care Administration, and a post graduate certificate in Health Information Technology. He is also a Missouri licensed paramedic.
Greg continues to serve as Chief Operating Officer at the hospital and Practice Manager for Family Care Clinics.
Before joining Bates County Memorial Hospital, Mr. Weaver was practice administrator and COO for Coteau des Prairies Hospital in Sisseton, South Dakota. He also served as interim CEO of Coteau des Prairies Hospital.
Greg and his family live in Butler.
