Kelly Otter, RN, is recognized as the Bates County Memorial Hospital Employee of the Month for January 2021.
Kelly began her employment in December 2012 as a Staff RN on the medical/surgical unit in the Nursing Department.
In 2018, Kelly transferred to the position of RN Supervisor. Kelly is described by coworkers as professional, calm, caring, responsible, a leader, a problem solver and dependable.
Kelly keeps the nursing unit running smoothly and with a SMILE. BCMH is proud to honor Kelly with this deserved recognition.
