Bennett Spring State Park hosts fly-tying demonstration May 28

Join expert fly tier John Walther as he demonstrates how to tie terrestrial flies. Walther will be showcasing his skills at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 28 at the nature center in Bennett Spring State Park.

Terrestrial flies in the Bennett Spring ecosystem often spend most of their lives in water before becoming airborne. Walther will teach visitors which aquatic insects could result in landing a lunker fish.
