Butler Bears Cross Country Team Results

Butler XC hosted the 3rd Annual Butler Bear XC Invitational on Saturday, October 9^th, with a total of 19 teams in attendance. The course was in great condition and the weather was perfect. It was a very smooth day with a lot of great competition.

Butler XC would like to Thank their volunteers for all of your help in making it a great day for all the runners, coaches and fans! Thanks to Jake Duvall, Nancy Sutton, Gregg Webb, Val Craft, Heather Goldammer, Leigh Trumbore, Carmen Behringer, Crystal Eldred, Leslie Hedrick, Lauren Duvall, Damon McGuire, Mike Mallatt, Josie Johnston and Macey Kelso! Plus team members that weren’t able to run that helped out! Also thanks to Carmen Behringer and Brayton Wix for taking some great pictures!

The Butler Bears Cross Country team traveled to Clinton on Tuesday, October 14th for the Ozark Highlands Conference Championships.

To achieve All-Conference status, you must get top 10 in your race. Butler had a few come through, plus some good times overall. Mika Vice becomes the first Butler runner in school history to achieve All-Conference more than once! While he may not have achieved All-Conference, Ronen Hilgenberg ran in his first career HS meet and ran a fantastic time!
