Butler Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade

The annual Butler Chamber of Commerce Christmas parade will be on Saturday December 5th on the Butler Square.  Line up will begin at the Butler High School at 4pm with judging in 4 categories beginning at 5:30pm.  Categories for judging this year will be Businesses, Organizations, Churches, and Vehicles.

This year’s Grand Marshalls for the Parade are Jerret Wheatley, Butler Police Chief and Chad Anderson, Bates County Sheriff. The Grand Marshalls along with Santa and the rest of the Parade will head to the Butler Square at 6pm.

Plan to come early to the square for the Christmas Elf and Kids Parade. The Elf will appear at 5:30pm with Candy Cane for the kids to hand out as they parade around the Butler Square.

The Butler Chamber of Commerce reminds you to bring your letters to Santa to place in his special mailbox at the Gazebo.  Letter do not need stamps but do need return addresses so Santa can write back.  Also, the Butler Chamber of Commerce will be selling Hot Cider at the Gazebo.
