Butler Chamber of Commerce Halloween is going to be different from past years. Because of the increase in Covid19 in our area, they will NOT have the costume contest. (Butler Chamber of Commerce does not want to risk kids in a close & crowded situation.).
Butler Chamber of Commerce will be asking (as many as feel safe) for TRUNK or TREATERS to set up on the square as in the past. The plan is from 2:30 till 3:30 enter the square from the Dakota/Deleware corner. Park in the inside spaces as usual. Please leave an empty space or 2 between each vehicle. –we encourage masks as well.
Then, at 3:30, cars with kids will enter from the corner of Delaware/Dakota streets as well—& will drive around the square and the ones parked will bring the treats to the cars driving by. This should be a little safer for all.
Trolley rides avaliable for kids walking , catch a ride at Delaware and Dakota. Butler Chamber of Commerce suggest social distancing on the trolley.
