Butler High School New Student Enrollment

If you have a new student to the Butler High School this year, the following are things you need to get them enrolled.  Please bring your Proof of Residency, Social Security Number, Birth Certificate, and Immunization Record to the high school office on August 4 or 5 between 9 am and 2 pm. Student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. To print and fill out forms in advance, go to the high school web page from https://www.butlerr5.org.
