Butler High School Officials regret to inform you that this year, free physicals from the Family Care Clinics will not be provided. Families are more than welcome to call and schedule an appointment with a provider and they will conduct them in the clinic. Unless covered by insurance, physicals will be offered by the clinic for $25.00.
As a reminder, all students who wish to participate in athletics, MUST have a valid physical on file (PRIVIT). All incoming 7th graders should schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Also, any current Junior High or High School students who have physicals that will expire (past two years) should consider getting one done soon.
