Butler: Medical Marijuana Card Application Clinic

Medical Marijuana Card application clinics will be held in August and

September for clients interested in applying for a Medical Marijuana Card.

 A licensed physician will be on duty from 10 am until 4 pm to certify and

 register those applying for a card. See qualifying conditions and what

 you need to bring to the clinic on the web at

www.info@thegreenclinics.com. The next Green Clinic will be held at

 Grow Tree Smart 11 North Main Street in Butler. Walk-ins will be treated

as first come first serve. To schedule an appointment contact Green Tree

Smart in advance 816-514-0023 . Future Clinics are set for August 7^th,

 August 21^st, September 4^th and September 18^th. Hours are 10 am until 4
