Butler Police Chief Beshore Retiring, City Looking to Fill this Position

The City of Butler, MO is accepting applications for a full time Police Chief. Candidates should have at least 5 years experience, and P.O.S.T training/current certification is required prior to hiring, and able to pass background check. The position requirements will include all duties of a field officer in addition to reporting and management of the Police Department, prior supervisory skills is required. Employer paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance provided. Position is covered by LAGERS retirement system.  Salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
