Butler Public Library: Library Corner Newsletter/February 19-23

Mark your calendars! It’s almost that time of year again! The Butler Public Library Spring Book Sale is scheduled for April 25th through April 28th.

The book sale will start on Wednesday, April 25th with the Sneak Preview and will continue until Saturday, April 28th with the usual bag sale!

If you need to get rid of some of your books, DVDS, or audiobooks for whatever reason, the Butler Public Library is currently accepting these donations. The donated items will be sold during the Butler Public Library Spring and Fall Book Sales.

The library accepts gently used books, DVDs, and audiobooks year-round during normal business hours. The Butler Public Library is unable to take encyclopedias, law and health books that are more than 10 years old, and they do not take any magazines or textbooks as these simply do not sell.

The Butler Public Library is thankful for the continued support of the community through their book sales, which is their primary fundraiser! You may contact the library staff at 660-679-4321 with any questions.

The Butler Public Library is also skill running their Blind Date with a Book program. This is an opportunity to fall in love with a new author and book! Contact the library staff for further details.
