The Butler Youth Center’s after school program will open for this school year on Tuesday, September 3rd They are inviting the parents of attending children, as well as those interested in the center are invited to see the new, snazzy updated facility.
The Butler Youth Center is located in the old “alternative school” on Atkinson Street and sponsored by the Bates County Advocacy Council and is a haven for children after school on both Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 – 5:50pm. The children are given a snack, games to play and friends to play within a safe environment.
