Homeowner Interrupts Burglary Second Suspect in Custody
UPDATE: Two people wanted in connection with the March 14th burglary of a home near Harrisonville have been arrested.
John A. Ogden, 22, of Harrisonville was taken into custody during a search of the area involving multiple law enforcement agencies immediately after the incident. Ogden is charged with Burglary Second Degree, Stealing, Property Damage and Assault 4th Degree. Ogden posted a $5000.00 bond on March 16th and is no longer in custody.
A second suspect who was not located on March 14th was arrested Thursday by Harrisonville Police and taken into custody on Pleasant Hill warrants. David T. Blair, 20, Harrisonville, was arrested on March 29th by Harrisonville Police and transported to the Cass County Jail. He is now charged with Burglary Second Degree and Stealing, bond $7500.00. Blair is currently in custody.
