The Church of the Nazarene in Butler will be hosting its 4th Annual Community Fun Day on September 10th from 1:00 to 5:00 pm at the Butler City Park. For the past three years the Church of the Nazarene has poured out their support of the community by means of various free items and events. Last year the church gave away school supplies, hygiene products, food clothing and a free lunch to close to 200 families in the Butler community. This year marks their fourth year of community service through Community Fun Day, and they invite all Butler families to attend this free Community Fun Day. The Church of the Nazarene will hold their traditional church service at the Butler City Park beginning at 10:30 a.m. then begin the set up for Community Day that will be from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. This year children will receive a free book, (quantities are limited). There will be fun games, bounce house and other various family activities. And the community outreach continues with items to be given away to the community in the form of hygiene products, school supplies and children’s books. Again this event is completely free to the public. The 4th Annual Church of the Nazarene Community Fun Day will be Sunday September 10th from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
