This building at 108 W. Dakota Street in Butler has seen better days. Just recently it was discovered that the roof has collapsed onto the second story floor, leaving the exterior walls without upper support-which makes for a dangerous situation. The city of Butler is moving toward a quick, safe demolition. More details coming soon.
