Harrisonville High School senior Nonnie Justice & sophomore Chloe Herrick came home as State Champions and the Wildcats earned 4th in State as a team at the 2021 Girls Wrestling State Championships!
Nonnie brought home her third State Championship as a finale to her career as a Wildcat. She is the first three-time State Champion in Harrisonville’s history! After a 2nd place finish last year, Chloe captures the gold this year.
The Harrisonville team score was based on Nonnie & Chloe’s performance at the tournament (they were the only two qualifiers). Chloe won by three pins in her three matches. Nonnie pinned her first two opponents and won 10-2 in the finals.
Harrisonville Girls wrestling has only had a state tournament for the last three years and there are no divisions based on school size – there is one division for all schools.
