Antoinette S. Samples v. Marshall M. Samples: Dissolution of Marriage is granted.
State v. Lance J Breckenridge: Felony Assault was amended to Misdemeanor Assault, and he was sentenced to 6 months in Bates County Jail; Breckenridge was given SES, placed on 2 years’ probation with standards conditions of probation, given the requirement of 80 hours community service, and he is required to pay court costs.
State v. Tyler G Havens: Probation was revoked; Havens admitted to a probation violation, so previous sentence ordered was executed.
State v. Johnna L Kidwell: Kidwell pled guilty to I: Misdemeanor Resisting Arrest and was sentenced to 4 days in the Bates County Jail with credit for time served, and Kidwell pled guilty to II: Felony Assault and was sentenced to 7 years in Missouri Department of Correction with jurisdiction retained.
State v. Johnna L Kidwell: Kidwell pled guilty to I: Felony DWI and was sentenced to 4 years in Missouri Department of Corrections with jurisdiction retained under 599; Kidwell also plead guilty to II: Misdemeanor Failure to Drive in The Right Lane and was fined $100 and court costs.
State v. Johnna L Kidwell: Kidwell pled guilty to I: Felony DWI and II: Felony Resisting Arrest and sentenced to 4 years in Missouri Department of Correction with jurisdiction retained under 559; Kidwell also pled guilty to III: Misdemeanor Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway and was charged a $100 fine. Kidwell also pled guilty to IV: Misdemeanor DWR and was fined $100 and court costs.
State v. Jarren O Melton: Melton pled guilty to a probation violation and was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
State v. Genie Mobbs: pled guilty to a probation violation, and the previous sentence order was executed.
State v. Samantha D Fowler: Fowler was charged with I: Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (alprazolam), II: Felony Possession of Controlled Substance (hydrocodone and acetaminophen), III: Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (nuvigil), and IV: Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetmines). Fowler pled guilty to counts II and IV and given SIS, placed on 5 years probations, and required to do 200 hours of community service. Counts I and III were dismissed.
State v. Jayme V Sluder: Sluder was charged with I: Felony Burglary, II: Felony Stealing, and III Felony Possession of a Firearm. Sluder pled guilty to counts I and II and was sentenced to 7 years in Missouri Department of Corrections with Long Term under 217; count III was dismissed.
State v. Jayme V Sluder: Sluder pled guilty to Felony Burglary and was sentenced to 7 years in Missouri Department of Corrections to be served concurrently with the above case.
State v. Johnathan D Huffman: Huffman pled guilty to I: Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (heroin) and was given SIS and placed on 5 years’ probation. Huffman also pled guilty to II: Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was fined $150 and court costs.
State v. Jonathan E Porter: Porter’s probation was revoked, and the previous sentence ordered was executed.
State v. John J Petty: Petty pled guilty to I: Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamines) and was given SIS and 5 years’ probation; he pled guilty to II: Felony Forgery and was given SIS and 5 years’ probation. Petty was charged with III: Felony Unlawful Use of a Weapon while Possessing Methamphetamines; that charge was dismissed. Petty was charged with IV: Misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance and V: Misdemeanor Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Petty was fined $500 for both charges IV and V and required to pay court costs.
