Due the last day of the Hume Fair being rained out, there will be a fun day on August 26th in Hume!
The fun all begins at 9:30am with the registration for the The Alfred Mealman Memorial Horseshoe Pitch Contest, the Baby and Swimsuit Contests, and the Car Show!
At 10am, the Baby and Swimsuit contests will begin. The Baby contest is diaper only for ages 0-23 months. The Swimsuit Contest is for boys and girls ages 2-4 years old.
The 50/50 Car Show will take place from 10am to Noon!
At Noon the Hat Action for a Henry Golden Boy .22 will take place. The auction is sponsored by the Hume Alliance Ministry. During the Hat Auction 10 hats will be auctioned off. In each hat will be a number, which will be placed into a drawing for the Henry Golden Boy .22. After the auction, a number will be drawn the person with the matching number will win the gun.
Beginning at 12:30pm will be the registration for the washer tournament, and following that at 1pm there will be Music in the Park, which will be open mic music.
During the day there will also be a Bounce House and Slide for children and concessions by the Hume Alliance Ministry available.
