Care Connection will have a free Diabetes Self-Management Program Zoom Course on Tuesday from 11am to 1:30pm. This Zoom Course will begin on Tuesday April 20th.
This free 6-week course includes information about nutrition, exercise, communication, and planning so that you can achieve you goals with managing your diabetes.
