Family Care Clinics of Bates County Memorial Hospital have a small quantity of at-home COVID-19 test kits available for members of the community. The free test kits will be available for car-side pick up at all four locations of Family Care Clinics, while supplies last.
You may pick up test’s car-side on weekdays from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at all clinic locations in Adrian and Butler, and Tuesday through Friday in Rich Hill. Members of the community may pick up one at-home test kit per family member in their household.
Family Care Clinics of Bates County Memorial Hospital ask that you do not enter the clinic to collect the test kits. After parking, call the clinic at the phone numbers listed below. A staff member will deliver the tests to your car.
You do not need an appointment to pick up covid test kits.
You are not required to be a patient of Family Care Clinics or Bates County Memorial Hospital. You also do not need personal or insurance information to get a covid test kit
To keep Family Care Clinics schedules running as smoothly as possible, please adhere to the time set aside for distribution between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Tuesday through Friday at the Rich Hill Family Care Clinic.

Individuals will be requested, but not required, to report positive COVID-19 test results to the health department.
