The Missouri Highway Patrol responded to a two-car accident on Saturday, January 8th at approximately 9:44am on Southbound NO 7 at S Chandler Road in Cass County.
This Fatality accident took the life of Donald Dryden age 81 of Urich Missouri. Mr. Dryden was pronounced dead by the Garden City fire medics.
The accident occurred when a 2018 Jeep Compass, driven by Mr. Dryden was traveling north on Chandler Road and failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by a southbound 2004 Ford E350 Van, driven by James Mallinson, 41 of Kansas City, Kansas.
Both Vehicles were towed from the scene by J’s Southland Tow of Raymore.
